Below are some hints you may find helpful in viewing our website and placing your order.
Most Delays in processing are caused by missing information on your order. Before submitting your order please make sure that all the information that is requested is filled out.(i.e. Complete credit card numbers and proper expiration date).

When filling out your credit card number, please do not leave large spaces between each section of numbers. One blank space between each group of numbers is sufficient (i.e. 4444 4444 3333 5555). The system will only accept so many digits in this field and if you space it out too much your credit card number will be eliminated form your order causing a processing delay.

When asked for your "First Buick" please fill in the year, model name and body style (2 door, 4 door, sedan, hardtop, convertible) of only the car you are ordering parts for more than 1 car then proceed to the "Second Buick" space.

When placing an order for an item which is listed as "Pair" just type the number of pairs that you are ordering. Do not type the word "PR" in the box. If you do so you will eliminate the entire item from your order. The same rule applies to a kit or set.

Please make sure that the email address you are providing is correct, many emails are returned as "undeliverable".

Due to space limitations we use many abbreviations which come directly from a Buick parts book. For your convenience our website provides you with a list of the most commonly used abbreviations. Go back "Home" and click on the "Abbreviations" icon.

We spend a lot of time indentifying parts in original Buick parts books. If we do not list a part as fitting your car, it won't. Remember if you order something for your car because you "think" it will work anyway, you will be subject to a 20% return charge.

If you have a question about a particular part that appears on our website please use the "Contact Us" section. Provide us with the year, model and body style of your car along with the group number, the part# or the item along with your question. Also make sure you provide a valid email address for us to reply to.

The most important thing you can do is educate yourself about your car. The best thing to get first is a shop manual and parts book. This will make things so much easier for you when you are ordering parts and working on your car.
